Terms of Service

Last updated 17 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Muhveli, a helpdesk and task-management service provided by Phenomenal Development Oy, a company registered in Finland. By creating a workspace or using Muhveli, you agree to these terms.

01 The service

Muhveli is a helpdesk and task-management application that lets you receive, manage, and respond to customer support requests and manage tasks. We continuously develop the service and may add, change, or remove features.

02 Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • All activity that happens under your account and those of your team members.
  • Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.

03 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Muhveli for any unlawful purpose or to send spam or abusive content.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties without a separate agreement.

04 Plans and payment

Muhveli offers a Free plan and a paid Unlimited plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable period.

05 Buying a plan, cancelling, and refunds

A paid plan is available to you the moment your payment succeeds. Buying it is therefore a request that we begin providing it immediately, and it is taken into use at once. For that reason a purchase cannot be cancelled afterwards and payments are not refunded.

If you do not wish to continue using the service, cancel your subscription before the next billing period begins. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not refund the period you are currently in. Once a new period has started and been charged, that period can no longer be cancelled and the charge is not refunded.

Deleting your account cancels your subscriptions automatically, and no further charges are made. Please note that unused time in a period you have already paid for is not refunded, and it cannot be used again afterwards — once your account and its workspace have been deleted, the access they paid for is gone with them.

06 Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Muhveli. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to process the personal data of your end-customers.

07 Availability

We aim to keep Muhveli available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Phenomenal Development Oy for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

09 Termination and data deletion

You may stop using Muhveli and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When your account is closed, your data is deleted. Please note: deleted data cannot be recovered. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — once your account and its data have been removed, we are unable to restore them.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
